Safety Tips
Your safety is our priority. Follow these guidelines to have a safe experience on PeeKee.
Meeting in person
- Meet in a busy public place — a café, shopping mall, or police station parking area.
- Bring a friend or family member with you when possible.
- Tell someone you trust where you are going and when you expect to return.
- Conduct the transaction during daylight hours.
- Trust your instincts — if something feels wrong, leave.
Avoiding scams
- Be sceptical of prices that seem too good to be true.
- Never pay by wire transfer, gift cards, or cryptocurrency — these cannot be reversed.
- Do not share your OTP, bank details, or UPI PIN with anyone.
- Beware of buyers who offer to pay more than the asking price.
- Verify the item in person before paying.
Protecting your account
- Use a strong, unique password for your PeeKee account.
- Never share your password or OTP with anyone — PeeKee staff will never ask for it.
- Enable email verification to secure your account.
- Log out from shared or public devices.
- If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately.
