Answers to the most common questions about PeeKee.
How do I post a listing?
Sign in to your account, then tap the "+" button in the navigation bar. Fill in the title, description, category, price, and photos, then submit. Your listing will be live immediately.
How do I contact a seller?
Open any listing and tap "Send Message" to start a conversation with the seller. You need to be signed in to send messages.
How do I hire a professional?
Visit the "Hire a Pro" section from the home page. Browse or search by skill, then tap "Hire Now" on a professional's profile to send them a message.
How are professionals ranked in search results?
Only users with professional profiles (skills, tagline, or bio) appear in search results. Professionals are ranked by their rating and number of reviews—the highest-rated pros with more reviews appear first. You can search by name, skills, or category, and filter by location to find the right professional for your needs.
How does payment work?
Integrated payment processing is coming soon. Currently, buyers and sellers arrange payment between themselves. We recommend meeting in person and paying cash for local transactions.
How do I report a problem or suspicious listing?
You can email us at support@peekee.in with the listing link and a brief description of the issue. We review all reports within 48 hours.
How do I verify my account?
Go to your Profile and tap "Verify ID". You will be prompted to upload a government-issued ID. Verified accounts receive a blue shield badge.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in page, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes.
Can I edit or delete my listing?
Yes. Go to your Profile, find the listing under "My Listings", and tap Edit or Delete.
